I’m back!!

Well, finally is over!. I finished writing my paper for my departmental exam, and sent it to the appropriate persons (the members of my committee ). I never realized how difficult is to summarize all the research done over a year, specially when there is now concrete question associated with it. This is because I’ve doing a lot of exploratory stuff, trying to test some methods, etc. Anyway, I think I managed to write something interesting (I hope…), and the important thing is that is over!. The next part will be in two weeks, for my presentation, so I will keep you updated on it.

I promised to update this blog more often, so I will have to work on that. I have a couple of drafts and at least one of them should go online by the weekend. In any case, I think I only have two persons reading my blog anyway..jajajaja…

Plus, I’m going to Boston next week (yeah!!!!), so don’t expect any updates. Although to be honest the conference seems to be very interesting, so I will try to write about it during next week. Everything will depend on the internet connection at the hotel.

Ok…a very brief update, just keep my (two) readers happy.

First post!!!! (of many to come….I hope)

Again, for the n-th time I decided to start a blog. This time I see more reasons to write one, and at the same time to maintain one and keep writing on it. I had this idea on my mind for a while, and of course being close to a deadline means that this is a good time to start procrastinating, by catching up with old ideas!!!

Anyway, I will try to write at least once a week in here and more if I can update this more often. But for this I will also need your help!!…push me!!!…write me!!!…yell at me!!!. Or at least stop and say hello so I can now that there is people reading this.

Ohh…Also I decided to write in english for two main reasons. One is that I really can use some practice, and the other reason is that some people that I know don’t know spanish (shame on you!!!!) and most of the people that I know that speak spanish, know some english (and they can practice here!). But keep in mind that once in a while could be a post in spanish…so remember that Google is your friend.
